Bk96 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bk96. This online betting platform is operated by bk96 (hereinafter referred to as "bk96", "we", "our platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bk96 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Bk96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. bk96 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or when unusual account activity is detected.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. bk96 does not charge any withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. bk96 is not responsible for any fees imposed by such third parties.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements

Bk96 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and any other conditions specified in their respective promotional terms. The general conditions that apply to all bk96 bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome bonus of up to RM 1,000 for new members — rollover requirements and minimum odds apply as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting on the bk96 platform and cannot be transferred, sold, or converted to cash before the rollover requirements are met.
• Bk96 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if fraud, system abuse, or promotion exploitation is proven.
• Each user is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts is a violation of these terms.

Bk96 does not tolerate what the industry refers to as "bonus abuse" — including the use of multiple accounts, syndicated participation, or low-risk betting strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play. Such actions may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Match Results

All bets placed on bk96 are subject to the betting rules established for each sport and market. The general principles that apply are:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the bk96 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases of manifest odds errors or technical failures verified by bk96.
• Match results used by bk96 to settle bets are based on official outcomes declared by the relevant sports governing body or event organiser.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bk96 will follow the rules established for that sport — in most cases, bets will be voided if the match is not completed within the specified timeframe.
• Bk96 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were exposed due to a clearly identifiable technical error or human error. Users will be notified and the bet amount returned in such cases.
• Bets involving confirmed match-fixing or insider information will be voided and the relevant account may be permanently closed.

6. User Responsibilities and Account Security

As a bk96 user, you are fully responsible for:

• Notify bk96 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensuring that all information you provide during registration and while using the platform is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• Not sharing your account with any other party, including close family members. Each individual must register their own account.
• Not using any third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the bk96 platform in any unauthorised manner.

Bk96 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

7. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion Tools

Bk96 takes our social responsibility seriously. Betting is a form of entertainment that should be enjoyed within healthy limits. bk96 provides the following tools to help you manage your betting activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.

9. Account Closure and Disciplinary Action

Bk96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Users found to hold multiple bk96 accounts.
• Users exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or using unauthorised bots and automated software.
• User found to have materially breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• User found to be under 18 years of age.

In the event of a legitimate account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, bk96 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance including any associated winnings. In the event of closure for other reasons, the user's account balance will be returned upon completion of the required review.

Users whose accounts have been closed are entitled to submit a written appeal to support@bk96.best within 30 days of the account closure date. bk96 is committed to reviewing all appeals fairly.

10. bk96 Liability Limits

Bk96 makes every effort to ensure the platform runs without interruption at all times. However, bk96 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues, or errors beyond the reasonable control of bk96.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made based on information obtained from sources outside the bk96 platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the bk96 platform.

The maximum total liability of bk96 to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which bk96 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be addressed through bk96's internal complaints process.

The bk96 complaint procedure is as follows:

• Step 2: bk96 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a reference number.
• Step 3: Internal investigations will be completed within 14 business days and the outcome will be communicated to you in writing.
• Step 4: If you are unsatisfied with the internal decision, you may refer the dispute to a third-party dispute resolution body as designated by bk96's licensing authority.

12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Bk96 reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via:
